The Quezon Mission Organization recently began an outreach among the Dumagat tribal people in three barangays near General Nakar: Umiray, San Marcelina, and Maligaya. The mission team went to General Nakar on June 5-8, 2000, and had a 3-day medical mission and Jesus Film showing. The evangelistic meetings were very successful.

Prayer Requests

Please pray for the sustainability of the ministry for the Dumugat (2000 - 3000 in population). The Mission is in need of financial support of six thousand pesos (about $150 USD) for three missionaries: Pastor Rodel Orosco, Pastor Henry Barotilla, and Pastor Jing. These pastors are from Tagolog speaking churches in General Nakar.
